Today, I attempted my first homemade ravioli. Was it success? Was it failure? I don't know... It definitely wasn't great but it wasn't bad at all either. The chicken and spinach filling was delicious but the pasta was too thick... :( The tomato sauce is something I made many many times so it was no problem. Maybe I should just stick to making Korean foods after all. Haha.
Well I tried. Next time I will do better! If I fail again, store bought frozen ravioli it is!
Oh and here is a proof of makings of ravioli! :) Don't laugh at my pasta!
